Select Saute on your Instant Pot and wait for the display to read “HOT.”
Add olive oil then beef to the instant pot, brown beef half way then add the onion, green pepper and garlic. Continue to brown beef the rest of the way through.
Press “cancel” and add the remaining ingredients and give it a stire.
Close the lid and mkae sure the pressure release valve is closed.
Press “manual,” set to high pressure for 4 minutes (or half the time indicated on your pasta).
Allow a 5 minute natural release then release the rest of the pressure.
